Create a Unique Yogurt Flavor with Essential Oils

Plain yogurt tastes great alone, but it is something that you may need to acquire a taste for. If you aren’t used to plain yogurt or would like to give your yogurt a little flavoring while keeping it healthy, try adding a little essential oil and other mix-ins.

You can be as daring as you want with your flavor combinations, but here are some delicious and simple combinations to get you started:
1–2 drops lemon + strawberries or mangoes
1–2 drops orange or tangerine + blackberries (+ coconut, optional)
1–2 drops lime + raspberries
1 drop grapefruit + blueberries or cherries
1–2 toothpicks cardamom + apricots or pistachios (+ coconut, optional)
1–2 toothpicks ginger + peaches + granola

In fact, you don’t even need to add fruit or any other mix-in. Try just a drop or two of an essential oil (suggested oils below), and see what you think!
