Typical wait times for will call orders are outlined below.Please be aware that orders are NOT available for pick-up until you receive an email confirming pick-up location and further instructions.

Will call pickup is available Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM. Orders placed by 12:00 PM (noon) Mountain Time on business days (Monday–Friday) will usually be ready at the ACH Fulfillment® warehouse after 10:00 AM on the following business day. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will usually be ready within 2 business days.
All orders picked up in Utah are subject to 7.25% sales tax. If this tax is not added to your order online, it will be added to the subtotal at pickup. A will call order not picked up within 10 days will be canceled, and placing a new order will be required.
