Fruity Popsicles

Beat the heat this summer with a delicious, cold, and refreshing fruity popsicle! These popsicles are a cinch to make, use real fruits, and incorporate the benefits of pure essential oil.

 

Lemon-Blueberry Pops

Time: 5–10 minutes active; 3 hours inactive | Difficulty: Easy

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup frozen blueberries
  • 1/2 cup spinach
  • 1 banana, peeled
  • 1 apple, peeled, cored, and sliced
  • 1/4 cup orange juice
  • 3/4 cup coconut milk
  • 1/4 cup plain Greek yogurt
  • 1 drop lemon essential oil

Instructions:

  1. Blend all ingredients together like a smoothie.
  2. Pour into popsicle molds, and freeze for at least 3 hours or until solid.

Fresh & Chunky Peach Pops

Time: 10 minutes active; 3 hours inactive | Difficulty: Easy

Ingredients:

  • 3–4 medium ripe peaches, halved and pitted
  • 1/4 cup orange juice
  • Juice of 1 lemon
  • 1/8 cup maple syrup or sugar, or to taste
  • 1/4 tsp. vanilla extract
  • 1 drop lemon or orange essential oil

Instructions:

  1. Coarsely chop peaches in a food processor or blender, and set aside 1 cup.
  2. Add the rest of the ingredients to the blender, and blend until smooth.
  3. Mix in the coarsely chopped peaches, and pour into popsicle molds.
  4. Freeze for at least 3 hours or until solid.
