Nothing can get you down more than a bloated stomach! Bloating, or abdominal swelling, is typically caused by overeating, menstruation, constipation, food allergies, and irritable bowel syndrome and can cause a lot of discomfort. Constipation is defined as having fewer than 3 bowel movements in a week, or having stools that are hard or difficult to expel.
