Ingredients:

- Hot Herbal Tea
Instructions:
- Snip off the end of a Honey Stix, and stir it into your favorite cup of tea. Try a Peppermint Honey Stix in raspberry herbal tea or a Guardian Blend Honey Stix in chamomile tea.
