7-Day Pill Cases and Capsule Blends

A lot of people struggle to consistently take their pills. You can set reminders on your phone, put sticky notes on the mirror, stuff plastic bags of pills in your pocket, and so on. We’ve all done it. But the biggest struggle is having to prepare your pills every time you need to take them. With these 7-day pill cases, you can prepare the majority of your pills at the beginning of the week and carry them with you wherever you go!

These brand new 7-day pill cases make taking your pills much easier. Now you can get your medicine and vitamins on the go. The compact style was designed to fit easily in your backpack or purse, and these cases are super easy to use. You may want to consider having multiple cases—one for morning, midday, evening, etc. That way you can stay organized and keep yourself on schedule. The cases come in 10 color options, so you can even pick your favorite style!

We also carry these convenient pill wallets with 2 separate 7-day slots, perfect for your morning and evening pills. They come in green and purple, and each bag is labeled with the day of the week for easy and organized use.

When it comes to pills, essential oils are your best friend. Many oils are safe for internal consumption, but they should still be diluted when used regularly. If you are still unsure of whether your oil is safe to take internally, Modern Essentials lists this information under the Single Essential Oils and Essential Oil Blends sections, as well as on page 52 (9th Edition, Internal Application section). Filling your own capsules with essential oils is a simple way to take your desired oils internally. However, because the essential oils will dissolve the capsules rather quickly, you shouldn’t attempt to make them up ahead of time.

A simple way of filling a capsule is to drop the oils directly from the bottle into the capsule. This does take some hand-eye coordination, and it is easy to drop too many drops or to accidentally get the oil on the side of the capsule, resulting in the user tasting the oil while taking it and causing the capsule to dissolve more quickly.

A more effective and easier way of filling capsules is to use a glass pipette. Simply fill the pipette with oil, place the pipette inside the bottom half of the capsule, and place the correct number of drops inside. Using a pipette also makes filling your capsules on the go much easier. Just mix up a batch of the blend you want to take, and place it in a 5 ml dropper bottle to carry with you wherever you go. You can use the extra sections in the pill cases to carry your empty capsules.
