The other side of the chart explains clearing and balancing the chakras: underactive, balanced, overactive—and accompanying physical symptoms. Also listed are the crystals and essential oils to help bring each chakra into balance.

This colorful double-sided chart is printed on card stock with UV coating to help protect it from water and oils.
