This comprehensive foot and hand reflexology chart is double-sided with the hand chart on one side and the foot chart on the other. It is printed on heavy card stock with UV coating to help protect it from oils. Under each reflex point is a list of dōTERRA® oils that can be applied at that location for help with a particular organ or area of the body.
