This sheet gives recipes and recommended applications for 10 rollerball blends and 1 spray. Blends for babies: Cool Baby, Sleepy Baby, Tiny Airways, Tiny Teeth, Tiny Tummy, and Tushy Spray. Blends for mamas: Calm Mama, Happy Mama, Mama Marks, Milk Mama,and Tender Ta-Tas.A Quick Dilution Guide outlines recommended dilution ratios from newborn to adult. Space provided for notes.

Each recipe yields a 10 ml roll-on bottle except for the bonus spray which yields a 15 ml spray bottle.
