Each sheet gives 5 ml and 10 ml recipes and recommended application instructions for these homemade blends: Calm Teacher, Class Chaos, Happy Teacher, Lesson Plans, Queasy Teacher, Rested Teacher, Rise & Shine, Think Summer, Timeout, and Well Teacher—plus a bonus Clean Slate whiteboard spray.
