The sheet gives recipes and recommended application instructions for 12 holiday sprays: Carols by the Fire, Christmas Potpourri, Dashing Through the Pines, Gifts of the Magi, Gingerbread Cookies, Holy Nativity, Merry and Bright, Peppermint Stick, Spiced Hot Cider, Tannenbaum Forest, Vanilla Spice, and Warm Winter Chai. There is also room on the back of the sheet for your notes.

Each recipe yields a 2 oz spray bottle.

• Essential oils needed for blends: black pepper, cardamom, cassia, cedarwood, cinnamon, clove, cypress fir (White or Balsam), frankincense, ginger, grapefruit, Invigorating blend (optional), myrrh, orange, peppermint, rosemary, and sandalwood.
• Other ingredients needed for blends: distilled water and vanilla absolute (optional).
