These capsules are designed to dissolve slower than regular capsules so that they reach the intestines before releasing their contents. These vegetarian, gluten-free these capsules are made from HMPC (hydroxypropyl methylcellulose), which is 100% plant material consisting of purified water and plant fiber or cellulose. Shelf life is about 5 years.
