AromaTools^® Shipping Terms and Policies

**Due to the COVID-19 pandemic all postage and freight carriers are currently facing challenges and your order may be delayed.**

We make every effort to ship your order as soon as possible. However, due to the high volume of orders, it is not possible for us to guarantee same-day shipping. Most orders are shipped within 5–7 business days.

Estimated shipping times do NOT include the day the order ships from our warehouse.

UPS does NOT include Saturday, Sunday, or holidays as shipping days. Please take this into account if you select Next Day, 2 Day, or 3 Day shipping options.

USPS Priority Mail is a USPS option and is not considered an expedited option. USPS does not include Sunday or holidays as shipping days.

Special arrangements must be made for Saturday deliveries. Please call Customer Service for more information: 1-866-728-0070.

If you require expedited shipping, you must place your order BEFORE NOON, Mountain Time, Monday–Friday, and then contact us by telephone to make special arrangements. Expedited shipping will generally cost more than standard shipping. This includes 3 Day Select, 2nd Day Air, and Next Day Air options.

Please be sure your order is complete and accurate before submitting. We cannot add or delete items from your order. If you want to make a change, your existing order must be canceled and a new order placed.

If you have a large or heavy order going a long distance, the calculated shipping cost may be inaccurate. Call Customer Service for an exact shipping quote: 1-866-728-0070.

Only the U.S. Postal Service (USPS) can deliver to a P.O. box. If you choose a different carrier, you must provide a physical address.

Our will call location in Utah County is in Spanish Fork. Typical wait times for will call orders are outlined below. Please be aware that orders are NOT available for pick-up until you receive an email confirming pick-up location and further instructions.

Will call pickup is available Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM. Orders placed by 12:00 PM (noon) Mountain Time on business days (Monday–Friday) will usually be ready at the ACH Fulfillment® warehouse after 10:00 AM on the following business day. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will usually be ready within 2 business days.

You will be emailed when your order is available to be picked up. Once it's ready, you may stop in to pick it up during open hours, please be ready to provide order number and customer name. If you have any questions/concerns regarding your pick up order, you can call us at 801-798-7921

All orders picked up in Utah are subject to 7.25% sales tax. If this tax is not added to your order online, it will be added to the subtotal at pickup. A will call order not picked up within 10 days will be canceled, and placing a new order will be required.

During free shipping promotions, orders shipped free of charge will be sent through a carrier of our choice. Because of high order volume, our in-house processing time may also take longer. Please check promotion details for processing time frames, and remember to allow for shipping time in addition to processing time.

• Express Mail (U.S. only): 1–2 business days after the order is shipped.
• Priority Mail(U.S. only): 2–4 business days after the order is shipped. This is an estimated delivery time and is not guaranteed.
• First Class (U.S. only): 5 business days after the order is shipped. This is an estimated delivery time and is not guaranteed.
• First Class Mail International (Outside of U.S.): 7–15 business days after the order is shipped (can be delayed by customs). All taxes and duties are the customer’s responsibility.
• Priority Mail International (Outside of U.S.): 4–15 business days after the order is shipped (can be delayed by customs). All taxes and duties are the customer’s responsibility.
• Express Mail International (Outside of U.S.): 2–10 business days after the order is shipped, depending on location. All taxes and duties are the customer’s responsibility.

• 3 Day Select: 3 business days after the order is shipped.
• 2nd Day Air: 2 business days after the order is shipped.
• Next Day Air: 1 business day after the order is shipped.
• Ground Shipping: See the map below. All estimated shipping times are business days after the day the order is shipped.
• Sure Post is a less expensive way to ship a package under 9 lbs. This order is picked up from our facility by UPS and then transferred to the U.S. Post Office at your destination. Delivery time frame will include the amount of time shown on the map below, plus an additional 1–3 days for your order to be delivered. Delivery addresses for Sure Post orders must be addresses the U.S. Post Office will allow for delivery. Due to U.S. Postal Service policy, absolutely no changes can be to orders once they have shipped.

Please note that duties and taxes may apply to orders shipped internationally. The customer is responsible for all duties, taxes, and other fees associated with imported items. We recommend that our international customers be familiar with their country’s applicable fees before ordering.
