Use essential oils in the classroom! This handout is a beautiful presentation that details how essential oils can help around the classroom: calming stress enhancing memory boosting energy reducing seasonal threats and much more! It includes 10 diffuser blend recipes—Anxious, Calm+Focused, Cleansing, Energize, External Threats, Focus, Memory, Sinus Support, Soothe, and Spring has Sprung.

The sheet explains the benefits of natural products and offers recipes for a healthier classroom—Foaming Hand Wash, Germs Away Surface Spray, and Hand Sanitizer. Finally it addresses the many benefits of and includes a recipe for aromatherapy play dough.

For these recipes you will need ten 1/4 dram Amber Glass Vials Orifice Reducers and Black Caps, one diffuser, one 16 oz. plastic spray bottle, one 12 oz. foaming soap dispenser (or two 8 oz. foaming soap dispensers), and one 2 oz. plastic spray bottle. You can use our "Classroom Essentials" Lid Stickers (Sheet of 88) for each of the diffuser blends. These labels help you identify your different creations or prepare them as gifts.

• Essential oils needed for blends—bergamot, cardamom, cedarwood, cilantro, cinnamon, clove, cypress, eucalyptus, fir (white or balsam), frankincense, lavender, lemon, lime, marjoram, melaleuca, orange, peppermint, Roman chamomile, rosemary, sandalwood, and vetiver.
• Other—aloe vera gel, carrier oil, castile soap, colored water, cream of tarter, distilled water, flour, olive oil, and salt.
